SEED AVAILABILITY -

All seeds are subject to annual crop yields and availability.

Seed authenticity -

Seed descriptions are true as stated or listed. Germination per cents are expected. There are no other guarantees expressed or implied. If there are questions with regards to quality, quantity or condition of the seed, it must be brought to ForestLand Seeds attention in writing within 3 calendar days of receipt of the seed . ForestLand Seeds will not consider any claim after seeds have been cleaned, processed, stored, planted, treated, modified or used in any way. ForestLand Seeds supplies seeds that are true to type with quality germination. Germination varies significantly by seed type. If germination questions arise and it is felt that the question specifically concerns viability, liability is limited up to the purchase price of the seed only.

PRICING -

Quoted Prices are quoted with packaging, shipping, and any additional charges and costs. Quoted Prices are held for ten days.

PAYMENT -

Payment for all purchases are in advance at the time of the purchase and before shipping. We accept MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and bank wires are accepted on arrangement. Any cost to execute payment of checks, money orders, bank wires or credit cards are at the expense of the customer.
